The wooden cutlery and salad servers are food-safe and suitable for safe contact with food. It does not contain any harmful substances that could affect the health of the consumer.

Installation instructions and safety instructions

Unwrap:

• Carefully remove the cutlery and salad servers from the packaging to avoid possible scratches or damage to the wood.

Use:

• The cutlery and salad servers are designed for food contact and are ideal for use in the kitchen and at meals.
• Before first use, the product should be thoroughly cleaned by hand.

Safety

Risk of breakage:

• Wood products can break if the load is too high or if handled improperly. Avoid applying strong pressure and do not bend the cutlery or salad servers excessively to prevent cracking or breakage.

Child:

• Keep the cutlery and salad servers out of the reach of small children, especially if they are pointed or sharp-edged.

Care

Cleaning:

• The wooden cutlery and salad servers are not suitable for the dishwasher. For a long shelf life, we recommend cleaning by hand with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft cloth. To protect the wood, it should not be soaked in water.

Dry:

• After cleaning, the cutlery should be dried immediately with a cloth and air dried. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures to avoid deformation and cracking in the wood.

Lifetime:

• To preserve the quality of the wood, the cutlery can occasionally be treated with a food-safe oil (e.g. mineral oil). This protects the wood and prevents it from becoming brittle.
