This payment method is immediate in nature, so the purchase process is completed at the same time as the order is placed. You will receive a notification confirming that your order has been successful. The money will leave your account, with the guarantee that the products purchased will actually be dispatched. If there are any incidents that make it impossible to dispatch all or part of the products purchased, your account will be refunded the corresponding amount.

    The repair or exchange of products/articles will preferably be carried out (and free of charge in the case of a guarantee/our error) at our offices. The customer is responsible for the transport costs involved in sending the items to our premises.

    Items immediately lose their right to the guarantee if they show modifications or alterations caused by third parties or if they are repaired by someone else not authorised by our services.
