3. DIN EN 1183 on food safety and hygiene of ceramic products.
4. REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals.

The ceramic cups and mugs are food-safe and suitable for safe contact with food. They do not contain any harmful substances that could affect the health of the consumer.

Installation instructions and safety instructions

Unwrap:

• The cups and mugs come in protective packaging to prevent damage during transport.
• Carefully remove the packaging materials to avoid breakage or scratches on the ceramic surface.

Use:

• The cups and mugs are designed for contact with food and can be used for hot and cold drinks.
• Make sure the product is thoroughly cleaned before first use.
• Do not use the cups and mugs over an open fire, on a direct heat source or in the oven.

Safety

Risk of breakage:

• Ceramic cups and mugs can break or crack if they are dropped or subjected to high impact loads. Do not continue to use damaged cups and mugs, as fragments can pose a risk of injury.

Risk of scalding:

• Hot drinks in the cup or mug can heat the surface very strongly. Therefore, keep the product safe and avoid direct contact with the hot surface.

Child:

• Keep the product out of the reach of small children. The cups and mugs could contain small parts, such as removable decorative elements, which could pose a risk of choking.

Care

Cleaning:

• The cups and mugs are not dishwasher safe due to the coloured branding images. For long durability, we recommend cleaning by hand with mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge to avoid paint abrasion and damage to the surface.

Storage:

• Store the cups and mugs in a dry place to prevent cracking and surface damage caused by extreme temperature fluctuations.

Lifetime:

• For long-term preservation, we recommend protecting the cups and mugs from heavy use and checking them regularly for cracks or wear.
